Since the weather is slowly warming up, i’ve started making smoothies again. Starting my day with a delicious fruit packed smoothie for breakfast is satisfying and delicious! It’s quick and easy to make, and if you remember my last post, you can clean your blender in 30 secs! – so why not?
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup frozen mixed summer berries
1/3 ripe banana
1 cup non fat natural plain yoghurt
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
Combine all of the above ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.. and enjoy!!
